2022-2026 ADMINISTRATION

For over 90 years, the IPYPU has served as the “birthing station” of leadership within the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. It is one of the most valuable auxiliaries within the organization because the vitality of the organization is directly connected to the strength of the IPYPU. We are the strength of the church. It is our job to be the engine that moves this organization as a whole into the forefront to declare the Word of the Lord that souls may be won into the kingdom until His return.

The climate of our culture and the decline of spirituality of our generation requires the IPYPU to WORK vigorously to help youth understand their identity and purpose in Jesus Christ.

The success of the IPYPU is critical to the future of this organization. Therefore, it is important that we do everything we can as the leaders of this generation to make sure every aspect of operation, every program and every agenda is executed with excellence!

We boldly stand for Christ in a world that challenges our faith. With the power of the Holy Ghost, we face every obstacle knowing victory is already ours.

CONSISTENCY

We walk with God daily, not just in moments of excitement but in steadfast devotion. Our faith is proven through a life of prayer, holiness, and endurance.

COMMITMENT

We are fully dedicated to the call of God and the mission of the IPYPU. Through every season, we remain faithful to the work and the Word.

SELFLESSNESS

We serve with humility, placing others before ourselves as Christ did. Our purpose is not recognition, but transformation—for His glory alone.

THE WORK

The IPYPU has been called to WORK. We must redeem the time and maximize this important moment in the history of our age to do as Jesus himself instructs us in John 9:4, “I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.” This urgency must fuel us to build on the foundations of previous administrations, operating with the 4 “I’s” (Integrity, Intentional Programming, Impactful Services & International Commitment) and embracing 3DR (Disciple, Develop, Deploy & Retain): These efforts are our great commission and the great works described in Nehemiah 6:3 (“I am doing a great work, so that I cannot come down”) and the motivation of this administration, WORK. Because we are the workmanship of his hand and created in Christ Jesus unto good works (Ephesians 2:10), the shift in our culture begins with us! As leaders, we must set our expectations high and encourage our young people to pursue greatness in God in every area of life.
